Jude monitors and self-repairs

With self-heal off, an isolated node raises an alert on Jude's monitor; one Self-repair returns the estate to every invariant green, with receipts.

1. Turn self-heal off
2. Isolate a node
3. Jude's monitor raises the alert
4. Press Self-repair
5. Every invariant is green again; self-heal back on

Receiving side: the operator sees the alert clear on Jude's monitor. Failure path: Leave the isolated node unrepaired → the alert stays raised and names the workloads affected.
